On the website NoEvDia.com, NoEvDia offers vinyl records, CDs, books, magazines, cassettes, tee-shirts and other apparel, prints or silkscreen prints (hereinafter called “goods”). By using the website, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.
The present General Terms and Conditions (GTC) shall apply exclusively to all business relations between NoEvDia SARL (hereinafter referred to as NoEvDia) and its purchaser. Provisions differing from those indicated in our General Terms and Conditions cannot be accepted unless agreed on by NoEvDia and the purchaser in writing, in individual cases.

Orders can be placed with NoEvDia by using the cart on the website or by email. An incoming order to NoEvDia constitutes an offer to conclude a sales contract with NoEvDia. The sales contract comes into existence when NoEvDia sends an order confirmation to the customer via email. This sales contract is in English. Conform to the EU laws, each contractant can find the essential rules stated here in his own language.
Order can be placed using a cart system equipped with a secured connection in three steps.
Step 1 : The customer can add the products to the cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” function on each product page. The customer can view the products in the cart, their prices and quantities at top right of the screen.
Step 2 : The customer can click on the “Checkout” button to go to step 2, where he/she must enter the address, email address and telephone number. Shipping fee is calculated at this step, with different options (if applied).
Step 3 : Payment. Before completing the order, the customer must select one of the available payment methods. Once the customer clicks on the “Buy” button, it shall be considered that the customer has accepted the Terms which can be viewed at any time. After clicking on the “Buy” button, the customer will immediately receive an email indicating the receipt of the order.
All our releases and products are available within the limits of the stocks so long as they are visible on the website. If an item was to be unavailable after an order we will contact the customer to offer a refund or an alternative. Wholesale orders might have some restrictions that can apply to entire orders or to some products ; these restrictions will be shown through your visit on the site. Trying to circumvent these restrictions in any possible way allows us to consider a termination of this order/contract and might result in an immediate cancellation of your order. In said cases, if payment processor fees are engaged, they will not be refunded. As an example, multiplying orders in order to circumvent any quantity restrictions without our UPFRONT agreement will result in an immediate cancellation of the additional orders and if payment processor fees are engaged, they won’t be refunded.
Prices of goods do not include shipping costs. We ship worldwide.
Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 24 hours during working days (this excludes Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays). In compliance with the French law (article L. 216-1 du Code de la consommation) the order has to be shipped out 30 days after payment.
All orders will be shipped out at least with a tracking number. Depending on the order we may upgrade the shipping method to a registered parcel, a Colissimo or an Express shipment through a courrier at our own discretion. If you need a specific shipment method, please contact us via the contact page.
You will receive this tracking number on the email you used for your order once the order has been sent out. You may additionally receive a direct link to track your parcel within 48 hours after the completion of the order directly from the postal services.
You can track your order on the french postal services’ website and as soon as the parcel reaches your country also via your local postal services (i.e. USPS for the United states, Deutsche Post, Postnord, Poczta Polska etc).
All prices are specified in Euro and are inclusive of sales tax at the current rates chargeable in France. Prices specified at the time of concluding the order shall be applicable. The sales tax is specified separately in the invoices.
The local customs may add import duty/local sales tax to your order when delivering, based on the invoice attached with the parcel (usually at a rate equivalent to the local sales tax). The customer is liable for any such charges, not NoEvDia.
Shipping cost is automatically calculated depending of your country. By clicking on the cart button in the main menu, you can see the exact shipping costs; you will also find the exact shipping costs at “Check out” before completing your order.
When you place your order, a label is automatically generated from the address you type into your account details, so you are responsible for getting this right. If you get your address wrong and do not notify us before the order is sent, we cannot refund the postage costs once the parcel is returned to us.
Accounts whose owner resides outside of the EU but intending to order and send goods into the EU will have to pay VAT. In the case of a wholesale order, we will contact you with an additional VAT bill. If you don’t agree to pay the required VAT, your order will be cancelled and if payment processor fees are engaged, they will not be refunded
NoEvDia accepts payments per bank transfer, Paypal and credit/debit card.
If a bank fee applies, make sure it has been paid in full on your side of the transaction.
The customer is under obligation to pay the entire purchase price in advance. The product will be dispatched after receiving the payment.
Until the entire payment is made, products remain the property of NoEvDia.
Customers have the right to return ordered items for 14 days after arrival of said items, there is no need to specify a reason for this return. The shipping costs of the return are entirely at the customers charge. Any unsealed items can not be returned. Items that are in any way damaged (scratched records, damaged covers, any traces of wear…) are not eligible to the right of withdrawal. The customer, if the return is eligible, is entitled to a refund of the price of the items and initial shipping costs.

To use your right of withdrawal, simply send an email with your name, address, list of items you want to return and order number or order date. You can also use this form that you can send us via email or letter.
According to French Law, customers are protected against hidden defects of the ordered products and entitled to replacement of faulty products. We are responsible for defective items (once again : excluding damages occurring during transport) and those can be returned to the following address : N.E.D, BP 4, 86281 St Benoit cedex, FRANCE. We will exchange or refund these defective items after the defect has been observed.
