When you order, you can create an account by filling all fields and ticking “Create an account”.
Once you register you will get a login and password. This will allow you to order easily each time you visit the site.
This will also allow you to download your digital albums directly from the site without any need of the link we send you via email after your purchase.
All our releases and products are available within the limits of the stocks as long as they are visible on the website. If an item was to be unavailable after an order we will contact the customer to offer a refund or an alternative. If an item has specific shipping needs (for example a print, to be sent in a special carton tube), we may split your order and charge postage accordingly : a new invoice would then replace the first invoice and the customer has the right to accept this change or to cancel his order.
We accept the following payment methods :
– Bank transfer. The IBAN will be sent by email just after completion of your order. Please mention your order N° when initiating the wire !
Please note :
Any ordered items are reserved until payment has been completed but orders that are not paid for within 72 hours will then be cancelled automatically.
If a bank fee applies, make sure it has been paid in full on your side of the transaction.
Nota : For the SEPA territories (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Island, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Rep., Roumania, United kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland) internet bank transfer is a cheaper option than Paypal payment !
The transaction will usually clear in 48 hours for SEPA territories.
Allow 72 hours for Usa, Japan, Australia, Russia, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea.
For the rest of the World please check with your bank for delays and bank fees.
Once again : when you proceed with your bank transfer, do not forget to specify the 4 digit order N° for identification purposes !

Please specify a full and correct billing and shipping address. Your billing address can be different from your shipping address.
Records are shipped in sturdy cardboard mailers and boxes. Shipping to PO BOXES may be an issue in some countries, we will get in touch if a street address is necessary instead.
Also, if your parcel gets returned due to an incomplete delivery address, an error that occurred while you filled your order information or repeated absence during delivery times, we will send you an email to inform you, but we won’t be responsible for the shipping costs involved in a 2nd shipping.
If you feel like your parcel takes too much time to get delivered, go to your local post office with your tracking number to enquire and/or to file a complaint. As a rule of thumb, delivery within Europe takes 3 to 7 working days. America, Asia, Rest of the World can take 5 to 20 working days depending on the country and any potential delays caused by the customs !
When you receive your parcel, please be sure to verify its condition BEFORE SIGNING for its delivery. In the case the parcel looks like the content could have been damaged, please WRITE it on the delivery note before accepting the parcel. Without this, the courier will not recognize responsability in the case of a badly damaged content.
If any damage happens to your ordered items during transport : this is not our responsibility. You can and should file a complaint with the courier or local post office in charge of the delivery of the parcel.
In the event of a delayed or damaged parcel, please keep us informed : we will also open a research on our side and assist you with locating the parcel or making a claim.
Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 24 hours during working days (this excludes Saturday and Sunday). In conpliance with the French law (code de la consommation) the order has to be shipped out 30 days after payment.
All orders will be shipped out at least with a tracking number. Depending on the order we may upgrade the shipping method to a registered parcel, a Colissimo or an Express shipment through DHL. If you need a specific shipment method, please contact us via the contact page.
You will receive this tracking number on the email you used for your order once the order has been sent out. You may additionally receive a direct link to track your parcel within 48 hours after the completion of the order directly from the postal services.
You can track your order on the french postal services’ website and as soon as the parcel reaches your country also via your local postal services (i.e. USPS for the United states, Deutsche Post, Postnord, Poczta Polska etc).
According to French Law, customers are protected against hidden deffects of the ordered products and entitled to replacement of faulty products. We are responsible for defective items (once again : excluding damages occurring during transport) and those can be returned to the following address : N.E.D, BP 4, 86281 St Benoit cedex, FRANCE. We will exchange or refund these defective items.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers have the right to return ordered items for 14 days after arrival of said items, there is no need to specify a reason for this return. The shipping costs of the return are entirely at the customers charge. Any unsealed items can not be returned. Items that are in any way damaged (scratched records, damaged covers, any traces of wear…) are not elligible to the right of withdrawal. The customer, if the return is eligible, is entitled to a refund of the price of the items and initial shipping costs.

To use your right of withdrawal, simply send an email with your name, address, list of items you want to return and order number.
You will receive download links for the ordered records after the parcel has been sent out.
By creating an account you will enter some information we will stock in order to make your account work. These information will not be used by us in any other maner as for your account. Customers hold a right to access, rectify and oppose their personal data. If you want to erase completely all informations we have gathered from you, please send an email and we will delete all account related information we have.
